What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering is required
  
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Engineering and Maintenance of manufacturing environment is required; Work experience in FMCG company and/or multinational company is preferred
  
• At least one (1) year experience in people management is strongly preferred
  
• Experience in maintenance, TPM procedures and/or project management experience is required; Process simulation (discrete and/or continuous events) and process analytics background is a plus
  
• Good knowledge in CAD, MS Project, MS office or Revit is preferred
  
• Good communication skill in English is preferred and Korean is native
