About this position
About this position
In this role you will be an Application engineer for our Camera module business.
What you'll do
- Be a leader for several project handlings in parallel
- Support customer and product development projects on adhesive technical knowledge deeply
- Run Application tests with equipment handling indepentently
- *Equipment (Push & Pull tester, Dispensing units, Microscope, UV equipment)
- Who are the key stakeholders?
- Internal : Sales, Product development, Marketing, Factory operation teams
- External : Engineers for camera module devices (main customer in US)
- Are there any international interactions?
- Yes. For Camera module projects, Henkel has a global team (core team). This is one of stakeholders on our business, in addtion some of our customer are based overseas.
What makes you a good fit
- Experience of Engineer in Adhesive company (for at least several years)
- Experience for Electronics market (for at least 3 years)
- Technical background for analysis of adhesive technologies
- Standard PC skill (Office, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Word)
- Proactive action to maintain daily work
- Have mindset for team members responsibility
- Able to bring ideas to optimize test methods and analysis for application tests
- English skill to do communication (business level) a strong plus
- Testing capability for mechanical analysis (DMA, TMA) a plus
- Testing experience of analytical things (DSC, TG-DTA, FT-IR, SEM) a plus
- Knowledge of Electrical and Thermal conductive materials a plus
- Chemical or Mechanical background in university is ideal but not mandatory
