What you'll do
- Analyzing shopper dynamics and define shopper marketing strategy for her/his own scope
- Analyzing category trends/key growth levers and defining together with Marketing the category vision
- Collaborate with marketing, NRM and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotion
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of related sales activities
- Provides regular reporting (eg: MS Promo, P&L, NPI launch control, distribution, promotion overview and listing overviews)
- Defining best assortment and shelf layout for her/his own scope and analyzing competitive shelf status, identifying new opportunities
- Work on category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results
- Lead and empower team members in their assigned job responsibilities with a trustful healthy culture
What makes you a good fit
- 5-7years of experience in Category management in FMCG category
- Min. 3 years of experience related with Trade management
- Good professional experience with spanish retailers
- Fluent level of English
- Business Administration or some related educational background
- Good analytical skills and experience using Nielsen and Excel.
- Motivation and entrepreneurship skills to propose new ways to be in the market.
- Teamplayer attitude and leadership skills.
