What you'll do
- Assist in conducting a gap analysis to assess current marketing and lead management maturity
- Help set up, improve and deploy marketing automation campaigns across business units and regions
- Monitor campaign performance, providing feedback and optimization suggestions
- Support mapping of marketing and lead management workflows aligned with business goals
- Contribute to a playbook for stakeholders on processes, best practices and tools in marketing automation
- Support change management initiatives by helping to create training materials, presentations and resources for stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure alignment
- Prepare and present reports summarizing the progress, challenges, and results of the gap analysis, deployment and onboarding efforts
- Support the activation team in day-to-day operations related to marketing and lead automation
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters with major focus in business, marketing or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, sales and business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with familiarity in digital marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working or learning how to work with digital tools and technologies related to marketing automation and project management.
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Availability as of January 2025 for 6 months
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
