Senior Regional Engineer

What makes you a good fit

• University Degree in an engineering discipline (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in process engineering/project management/technology management in a manufacturing environment preferably in Chemical Processes.
• Experience in the management of large-scale Capital Investment projects ($50M USD.
• Strong project management skills (including time, budget, quality processes and tools).
• Strong Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction.
• Comfort with time reporting systems.
• CAD software / MS Project experience.
• Familiarity with reading P&IDs.
• Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

The salary for this role is $170,000.00 - $190,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
