YOUR ROLE
- Execute day to day activities related to Purchasing Master Data such as info record creation, update and purchase order, and scheduling agreement updates within the agreed Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators defined
- Provide operational/ad hoc tasks support to the team
- Collaborate with senior specialist, process expert and team manager in case of simple escalations to provide short-term solutions
- Perform Continuous Improvement tasks that will improve overall process
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing or Supply chain from a multinational or shared service environment; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI) is required; Background in using SAP, ARIBA, Macro, MS Power Applications is highly preferred
- Proficient English communication and project management skills, Must be a critical thinker and have experience in online digital research
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
