YOUR ROLE

• Ownership & Maintenance: Independently manage and maintain your reporting portfolio, meeting the requirements set by the Global Market Data & Analytics team.
• Project Participation: Actively contribute to assigned projects, including setting up new reports and adjusting existing ones.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Prepare data analyses as requested by key stakeholders.
• Quality & Timeliness: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports, data, and analyses.
• Process Improvement: Participate in the harmonization, optimization, and simplification of processes within your scope.
• Knowledge Sharing: Proactively exchange knowledge, provide consultancy on team processes, tools, and methods, and represent the team at the department level.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing & Sales department with various administrative tasks.

YOUR SKILLS

• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for daily communication with stakeholders.
• Educational Background: University or College education.
• Data Management Expertise: Advanced skills in data management, processing, and visualizing data to create compelling insights.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions such as conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, as well as expertise in Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, VBA, and other relevant tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive Attitude: Client-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a similar field is highly preferred.
