YOUR ROLE
- Analyzes root cause and conduct corrective action plan on product performance complaints; Plans for and executes customer technical request testing, and reports and communicates
to customers
- Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations; Runs and performs customer lab demonstrations using application equipment (internal
and external)
- Prepares internal (and external, if relevant) tests reports and makes presentations; Participates in presentations to customers
- Leads internal and external technical requests and projects; Leads and/or supports ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
- Provides test support for various projects assigned by a supervisor; Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation; Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related field is required
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in chemical related technical support or relevant field is preferred
- Experience in TIM, Automotive, EV, Electronics and/or chemical industry is preferred
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are preferred
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Able to go business trips aboard and/or countrywide
