YOUR ROLE

·Develops & implements the Corporate Communication strategy in alignment with business priorities, the Henkel strategic framework and priorities.

·Leads, manages and tracks local internal and external communications programs, Corporate Communication projects and processes.

·Provides strategic communication counsel and serves as an advisor to the local Excoms and local top management.

·Steers local Corporate Communications team in the cluster delivering on global and regional priorities.

·Steers the local Corporate Communications budgets and deploys resources for the cluster countries.

·Manages crisis communication and issues management activities.

·Serves as spokesperson for Henkel in the cluster.

·Ensures compelling content aligned with global messages / strategy to reach key stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

·Professional in Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising or similar careers.

·Minimum experience of 7 years in corporate communication areas.

·Experience in internal and external communication strategies, PR and media relations.

·3 years of experience leading corporate communication strategies or areas.

·Advanced English level
